At Cubertime, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

The following is the standard return policy applicable only to products purchased directly from the Cubertime.com. All returns must be authorized through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

# Return Conditions

Products may be eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 30 days after delivery under the following conditions:

* Items that arrive defective, damaged, stained, or broken

* Incorrect size or color received

* Unused products that did not meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery

To qualify for a return, your item must:

* Be unused and unassembled

* Be in its original packaging

* Include all accessories and components

* Remain in resalable condition

# Missing Pieces

If your building block set is missing pieces, please contact our customer support team before requesting a return.

In many cases, we can provide replacement parts or another suitable solution directly without requiring the item to be returned.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Please contact us via email at [service@cubertime.com](mailto:service@cubertime.com) with your order information to request a return authorization.

Your RMA request should include:

* Order number* SKU number* Reason for return* Photos of the issue* Whether you prefer a replacement or refund* Any additional relevant information

Step 2: Ship the Returned Item

After receiving your RMA authorization, please send the product back according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Returned items must include:

* Original packaging* All accessories and components* The authorized RMA information

Important:

Please provide a valid tracking number for your return shipment. Cubertime is not responsible for lost return packages.

If the returned package is lost during transit, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Receive Refund or Replacement

Once Cubertime receives and inspects your returned package, we will process your refund or replacement within 1–3 business days.Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

# Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

# Important Notes About Return Packages

Please note the following:

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

* Returned packages must arrive within 1 month after approval

* Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after inspection

 

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

* Any item received more than 2 months ago

* Any product not purchased from Cubertime.com

* Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers

* Any product missing original packaging or accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other included items

* Any product with removed barcode labels

* Any product showing physical damage

* Any product submitted for a mail-in rebate

Additional non-returnable items include:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

# Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. First check your bank account again

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary

3. Contact your bank, since refunds often require additional processing time

Sale Items 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at:[service@cubertime.com]

and send your product to the Shenzhen return address listed above.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate may be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please send it to the Shenzhen return address listed above.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged products may vary.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
