You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Cubertime grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site solely for personal shopping purposes through your internet browser, and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party unless explicitly permitted by Cubertime in advance.Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate termination of the license granted in this section without notice.
Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Site or any portion of it without prior written consent from Cubertime. You may not use any information provided on the Site for commercial purposes or for the benefit of another business unless expressly authorized by Cubertime. Cubertime reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including if customer conduct violates applicable law or harms Cubertime’s interests.
You shall not upload, distribute, or publish through this Site any content or material that violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights; that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful; or that contains viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, or harmful code.
Cubertime may assign you account credentials, including a password and account identification, to access certain portions of the Site.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.You agree to notify Cubertime immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of Site security.
Reviews and Comments
Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or on the Site, anything you submit or post to the Site and/or provide to Cubertime, including ideas, suggestions, techniques, reviews, comments, feedback, or other materials (“Submissions”), shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
By submitting content, you grant Cubertime a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable right to use, copy, modify, publish, display, translate, distribute, create derivative works from, and commercially use such Submissions in any format or medium. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole property of Cubertime and will not be returned.
You represent and warrant that your Submissions do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, do not violate applicable laws, and do not contain unlawful or harmful material. Cubertime assumes no liability for any misuse of intellectual property by users. When posting reviews or comments, you also grant Cubertime the right to use the name associated with the content. You agree not to use false identities, mislead Cubertime or third parties, or impersonate another individual. Cubertime reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or edit any Submissions for any reason.
Copyright
All text, graphics, photographs, images, logos, button icons, audio clips, slogans, trade names, software, and other content on the Cubertime website (collectively, “Content”) are the exclusive property of Cubertime or its content suppliers. You may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, publicly perform, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written permission from Cubertime. The use of data mining, robots, automated extraction tools, or Cubertime trademarks in meta tags is strictly prohibited. You may use Site content solely for personal shopping and informational purposes. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubertime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
Indemnification

Termination
